I'm excited to bring you something really big in the world of art direction.

If you're getting this email, its likely you are interested in art direction and the tools art directors use. That's why this newsletter was called "The Toolbox".

But that name also felt limiting. I love sharing my favorite tools and bookmarks with you, but I also want to share a lot more. And more focused.

So I'm excited to share a glimpse at the next chapter of this newsletter, a chapter dedicated to the entire discipline of art direction and exploring the ways art direction is used on the internet, across media, and in culture today.
This new newsletter is now called: Modern Art Direction​

This is just a glimpse. And its always work in progress. Will take me a few days to update things. The newsletter, website, and education programs will continue to grow and evolve. But I'm excited about its potential. Bold, declarative, editorial.
